Breaking Down Barriers

The Institute of Fundraising has recently launched Manifesto for Change, which sets out their strategy for how to address the lack of diversity within the fundraising profession and unequal progression for women.

The Closing Plenary session brings together a panel of arts leaders and fundraising professionals who are already driving change, to discuss the importance of democratising and diversifying the cultural sector and the role we, as fundraisers, should play in breaking down barriers.

We are delighted that Peter Lewis, CEO of the Institute of Fundraising, will join us to introduce the Closing Plenary. Peter will also share information about the IoF’s Change Collective, outlining the steps the IoF is taking to make fundraising a profession where everyone is the right fit.
